Initially, Hartas had intended to open a second pizza location, but the pandemic inspired a change in course. Drawing on his Greek heritage, Hartas decided to open a Greek restaurant. Enter: Simply Greek!  Partnering with Jason Kuch, Simply Greek focuses primarily on takeout and delivery, making it convenient for diners to enjoy delicious Greek food at home.
