Here's Why You Should Visit Myrtle Beach This Fall

September 12, 2022

Fall is my favorite season! It also happens to be one of the best times of year to travel- and there's no better place to travel to than Myrtle Beach! Here's why you should visit Myrtle Beach this fall.

Leaf Peeping

Myrtle Beach may not be the first place you think of when you want to see leaves changing, but you can actually see gorgeous fall foliage here! Immerse yourself in the beauty by exploring a local park such as Chapin Memorial Park, Waccamaw National Wildlife Refuge, or Brookgreen Gardens. Don't feel like exercising? Journey a few hours from Myrtle Beach and cruise the Cherokee Foothills Scenic Byway- one of the south's most iconic fall drives.

Pumpkin Patches and Corn Mazes

Who doesn't love spending the day picking out pumpkins or exploring a corn maze!? Bring the kids and make some memories picking out the perfect pumpkin, conquering the corn maze, and/or enjoying a yummy fall treat. For all things 'local,' visit the Share the Love of Local Fall Festival (October 16) or the Surfside Beach Family Festival (October 1). Love music?
